Counselling & Support Services

Counselling is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, navigating anxiety, working through trauma, or facing challenges in relationships. It’s also a space for those who simply want to understand themselves more clearly and move through life with greater steadiness.

The length of the work depends on you. Some people come for a few sessions to think something through. Others stay longer as they gradually untangle patterns that have built up over time. There’s no fixed timetable — just support that suits where you are.

Self-funded, confidential, one-to-one sessions for adults (18+) seeking clarity, emotional steadiness, and direction.

NDIS & Capacity-Building Support

As a counsellor, I also provide psychosocial capacity-building support for NDIS participants. This may include strengthening daily living skills, building routines and structure, support during life transitions such as moving home, decluttering and organisation, decision-making support, and increasing confidence in community engagement.

The focus is always on building skills, independence, and long-term stability.

Aged Care Support

Emotional and practical support for older adults navigating change, loss, health transitions, relocation, or increasing life adjustments.

This may include one-to-one counselling, support through major transitions such as moving into care, maintaining structure and independence, strengthening decision-making, and creating steadier routines.

The focus is on dignity, clarity, and maintaining a sense of identity during change.

Surroundings – spaces and environment - gain practical strategies for managing your surroundings, routines, and sensory load to create a sense of order and ease.
